The Brightwater Love Story
The property
Brightwater is over 10 acres of rustic landscape with a four-acre lake, a pathed forest, and two beautiful barns.
The upper barn is perfect for the ceremony or hosting smaller events. It can even be utilized as a cocktail hour before your party heads down to the lower barn. It has two large sliding barn doors that open up to a concrete patio overlooking the ceremony field and lake. There is a large bar with a commercial refrigerator and freezer, a nicely curated standing area, and a private-entrance dressing room with large mirrors. Outside there is a heated and plumbed bathroom, two ADA parking spaces, and a graveled parking area for food trucks or other vendors.
The lower barn has large garage doors that open up to look out across the beautiful lake. It is large enough to host a ceremony and reception with a quick changeover in between, or other events altogether. There is a small bar area with a four-tap kegerator, a large standing area, and a separate room for catering prep. Outside features a concrete path that wraps around the barn, two ADA parking spots, and a graveled area for food trucks or vendors.
