How many people does your venue accommodate?
Our venue can accommodate up to 200 guests on a Friday and Saturday, and up to 300 guests on a Sunday.
What is parking like?
We have parking for 100 vehicles, and we are close enough to Oregon City, that any Uber or Lyft ride will come out our way at a reasonable cost.
What does each rental come with?
Each rental comes with 200 gold Chivari chairs, twenty 60" round tables, a selection of buffet tables, use of a golf cart before and during the ceremony reception, and light maintenance throughout your event - this would be checking trash cans, soaps, toilet paper and paper towels.
What would we need to rent?
You would only need to rent chairs or arrange seating at the ceremony space, and this is something we do offer at $3 per chair.
What are the rental hours?
Each rental of the property provides usage of the spaces between 11:00 am to 11:00 pm on Fridays and Saturdays, and 10:00 am to 10 pm on Sundays.
Can we come in the night before to start decorating?
No. The reason is because we will very likely have an event the evening before your event. However, if you rent a Friday evening, that day does come with a Thursday night for your rehearsal and setting up.
Is there any way we can arrive early on our day to start decorating?
Unfortunately no. The hours of arrival are firm. But, the Bride may purchase up to two additional hours at $100 per hour, allowing early entrance into the Bridal Suite beginning at either 9 am on a Friday/ Saturday, or 8 am on a Sunday.
Can we bring in outside vendors?
Yes! You can bring in your own vendors. This includes caterers, florists, DJ's, bands, other rental furniture, etc. The only exception would be your bar service. Here at Brightwater, we exclusively use The Bar Girl for all beverage services, including N/A drinks.
Can we get married anywhere on the property?
Yes, so long as it's within reason.
Do you have indoor restrooms?
Yes! Our ceremony space has one indoor plumbed and heated restroom. (We also keep two porta-potties at this site during the season.) Our reception space also has two separate indoor plumbed, and heated restrooms.
Is there a kitchen space for use?
Our reception barn has a small prep kitchen available for your caterers. This includes a refrigerator, freezer, sink, and counter space.
What is your pet policy?
We do not allow pets on the property. This is due to insurance purposes.
What is the cleaning deposit?
We have a one time cleaning FEE of $400 that is due 30 days prior to your event.
How much is it to book my day?
Depending on the day, it's half down due at contract signing. The other half is due 30 days before the event, along with the cleaning deposit and a copy of your one-day insurance policy.
Are there any other rules we should be aware of?
Aside from the no-pet policy, we do not allow open flames, bouncy castles, or swimming in the lake. Again this is all due to insurance purposes.
What are your days and times for tours?
We offer tours every day of the week from 8 am to 8 pm.
